We have provided you with the tools to make your frame selection easy to find with a website that is easy to navigate. For any questions you might have, please contact us by email and one of our staff members will respond usually within the same business day, but no longer than 48 hours.
Every item sold on our website or in our Seacrest Beach, FL store is at manufacturer suggested retail prices. So why buy from us instead of your local optician? Any purchase outside of Florida has no sales tax to pay, and all domestic ground shipping is free.

If you have a question regarding prescription lenses, please contact us by email or phone. All prescription orders are conducted as individual consultations and will be charged manually once we help you choose what type of lenses are best for your frame selection. If you choose to have your lenses done by a local optician, please be cautious in where you go. Proper edging techniques differ from collection to collection. Edging techniques and expertise come from working with the finest machines and years of experience with luxury eyewear, which we have.

What if I order a frame and it doesn't work out for me?
100% customer satisfaction is our goal. In the event that your unworn, regular priced product purchased from our website does not meet your expectations, email us for a return authorization number within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund to the credit card used for the original purchase or a one time frame exchange. For prescription lens purchases we will offer a 50% refund on the lens price. If you chose to exchange a frame, new lenses will need to be cut and edged so a 50% credit will be applied to the cost of a new set of lenses. We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescription lenses. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the customers responsibility including any customs or duties fees applied for international shipments. All discounted products are final sale.
To Return an Item:
You may return your product for a refund or exchange provided:
The item is unworn
All items including the frame/sunglass, case, cloth, and spray are returned
The item is free of any damage caused by the customer
The item is returned in its original packaging
It is returned within 30 days from the delivery date

Is there any kind of warranty of the frames?
All frames come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty which covers defects. No warranty will be honored from personal neglect or abuse. If your frame is not on your face, keep it in the case. There are no warranties on sale merchandise. We have the right to refuse warranty claims on frames that were brought elsewhere for the prescription lenses. We try to be as flexible as we can, but have no control over other lab technicians.

Is there any kind of warranty on the lenses if I purchase through you?
All lenses we sell also come with a 1 year warranty against defects. This does not include scratches on lenses. No warranties on neglect or abuse. We advise keeping them away from small children, dogs, and my personal favorite…Keep them out of the barhopping scene when heavy drinking is involved.

How should I take care of my glasses?
We include a special cleaning spray for you to use or you can wash your glasses under running water with a little liquid soap. Dry them with a soft cotton cloth or the one that is provided with your case. Remember to prevent unwanted accidents always store your frames in their case.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All in stock items will ship within 48 hours with holiday exceptions. Special order frames will typically take 2 to 4 weeks . Please keep in mind that most of our frames come from overseas. It is rare, but we do occasionally experience shipping delays with customs. If your order will end up taking longer than 2 weeks, you will be notified.

What is your privacy policy?
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your: Billing Address, Shipping Address, Email Address and Credit Card Information. In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.
